What we do
We help promote equality by means of access to quality education and employee beneficiation. We do this by means of properly managed broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) ownership initiatives that focus on the underlying challenges facing our economy.
A competitive B-BBEE status can help companies achieve various commercial objectives in South Africa. These include remaining relevant and attractive to corporate clients, access to new and larger markets, qualifying for government work, meeting sector-specific licensing requirements and making a positive social impact. Vicki Martin
Vicki has an LLB degree and is a highly experienced B-BBEE specialist. She has been exclusively involved in the legal aspects of B-BBEE for more than a decade. Since 2012 she has assisted hundreds of companies with their B-BBEE strategies and has a deep understanding of how B-BBEE is perceived by the different parties involved in equity ownership transactions. She is a B-BBEE compliance specialist.
Anton de Wet
Anton is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in public practice. In 2012 he started specializing exclusively in B-BBEE advisory and implementation. He completed the WITS B-BBEE Management Development Program in 2012, has co-developed B-BBEE software and is a regular speaker and writer on the topic of empowerment and transformation. His advisory clients range from SME’s to JSE-listed companies.
Janine Ramsavak
Janine is a successful entrepreneur. In 2010 she co-founded an IT company along with her husband where she plays an active role in the business. The Net Value Empowerment Trust gives her the opportunity to help others, which is her passion. In her role as trustee, she has made a tangible difference in the lives of many of which the impact has been far-reaching. She has made a meaningful difference in the lives of the beneficiaries.
